i'm hispanic- born and raised outside the US. It's unfortunate you don't know the "norms" of society...because they're pretty straight forward - act normal and people will treat you with respect (these are the kind of things you learn when you're a kid; apparently you and your ghetto fabulous friends still have a lot of growing up to do). BTW, i did my research: low riders/bouncing cars are ghetto-they are mostly driving by dumb people with no education making $10-15 an hour.
