Well it is always possible people are gay and we just don't know about it. But in Korea, guys can be really touchy (it's called skinship) with each other and huggy and cute and everything without it being weird at all. They are so close and are basically brothers, so they joke and play a lot and show their affection that way. So no they aren't gay, only by American standards would it seem so. Their behavior is totally normal and shows how close they are and that they care about each other.
