I didn't say that anybody stopped evolving. The fact is, however, that a greater degree of difference from the palaeohominids should be expected among the descendents of those who left the original homeland, Africa, than among those who stayed. Change of climate changes the direction of evolution. Caucasoids have developed adaptations for cold winters, including a greater capacity for planning ahead and deferring gratification. Meanwhile Negroes continued evolving incrementally, same as always.

I think you mean drivel. Anyway it's the standard scientific view. On the other hand, what you are claiming here is just dogma.
This is a tangent however. The relevant consideration for my initial comment is that many White people perceive Negroes as apelike, and the Planet of the Apes series appeared at a time of rising status for Blacks. The proposition that the apes represent Blacks is more or less self-evident.

i dont see the reason why we anglos should perceive any race of people as apes because we all came from apes and we are all apelike, the only reason why some whites see blacks as ape like is because of racial huberous. this movie is simply about apes and man changing places any thing else comes from the perception of the viewer.

What is "huberous"? I don't believe that you will find that word in any dictionary. If Planet of the Apes reflects the time in which it was created then the probability that it reflects anxiety about the rising status of Blacks is high.
