Looks like there's a huge government conspiracy. Lady sneaks into government facilities and goes into a lab/holding cell where someone apparently was given the secret deadly virus and is passed out on the ground. Lady takes samples of the virus by drawing blood which is placed in those little glass tubes which are placed inside that black case. Lady sneaks back out of the facility with the blood samples and hands it to a dude wearing a Linkin Park hoodie.

Dude shows his face in front of a security camera and runs like hell. Security sees the transaction and knows that they have something and runs after him. Several Decoys stall the secret agents who finally catch up to the dude with the samples. Unbeknownst to agent, there's a who army on his side including a news station. Government dudes are screwed because the truth is out. Their secret is over. They've been testing this deadly virus But it's over now. Hope this helps out =)
