perhaps in the short term, but in the long term they always sow the seeds for future conflicts. The treaty of versailles that ended ww1 creating extremely harsh conditions in germany the caused resentment towards the west and helped hitler come to power. the end of ww2 had the world split between the two superpowers USA and the Soviet Union. There struggle power led to the wars in Vietnam, Korea and Afghanistan. the last one also led to the current "war on terror". Its a vicious cycle

WW2 led to the cold war, in which america and the ussr, funded and armed anti-communist and communist factions world wide, respectivley. leading to a massive increase in world conflict. In vietnam america was pretty much the only thing that held back the communsts from immediate victory. the communists had soviet and chinese weaponry and infratructure that vasty increased their war effort. Stop looking for fights because i really dont give a shit, i was just trying to participate in discussion

WW1,2 and all that follow are really just wars fought by imperialists forces, be it Communist or Capatalists or what have ya.The only exeptions might be the religious war, which are never representitive of the relgions themselves. The victims really could care less who wins becasue they always loose. The poor always loose.
