Sorry to disagree, but I saw Metallica on the Justice tour in '89 and it was probably the best gig i've ever seen. Videos on here Metallica Hammersmith. Learn. Without Metallica, you wouldn't have all this shit. Sorry dude. Do your homework.

You got me all wrong, I've seen Live Shit: Binge & Purge and those shows looked awesome. However, there more recent performances are horrible. And yes Metallica were pioneers of the thrash/speed metal genre. But I wouldn't say without Metallica, there wouldn't be all those other thrash acts. I've done my homework, go do yours.

Sorry to be derogatory, but I thought your statement was a little juvenile. I'm 34 and have see nearly all the big thrash acts over the years, so no homework required for me. Yes, thrash would've prospered of course, but Metallica were the spearhead who pushed it through and really made everyone listen...
