Please, cite chapter and verse when referencing the Bible.
However, the old testament is not the word or law that Christians are supposed to follow. They are supposed to follow the new testament, in which Jesus said, "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone" upon finding a group of holy men who were going to stone a woman. You need to read the Bib

Yu is saying that men are not held accountable for rumor and innuendo as women are. Many honor killing are done merely on suspicion. Some are done after a woman is raped. Some are done just because a woman doesn't want to be forced into a marriage.
Killing ANYONE for honor is wrong. However, the fact is women are the major vicitms of honor killings. Men consider them disposable and worth only what prestige they can bring a family.
