This is one of two glitches I've experienced with GOW so far. This one occured duing a co-op campaign. I beleive I was killed, but my character didn't die - instead he just turned into what you see in the video.

can i recommend doing something funny , go on act 5 go against the beserker (co-op) both go on the tram with the switch wait for her to chase you, then one of you stay on the tram then the other pushes the switch it goes really glitchy lol
