a basic tutorial, to hopefully help people learn the windmill. a lot of people call it the false shower, but i think windmill is a better name.
so basically, if you juggle a cascade, with one hand doing over-the-top throws, and the other hand doing under-the-hand throws, that is a windmill..... basically. to do a windmill, your arms have to cross and uncross as you juggle. i do it with my arms only slightly crossing for a brief seco
