Actually what he's showing is the docking feature of QT 4. This could be any app written in QT 4. I for one am troubled with having this Dolphin thingy replacing Konqueror as the standard file manager, because Konqueror just plainly kicks ass.

What's up with that window orientation? Love the scattered pics in plasma and their 3D-ish orientation, but what about the window? Is that from the camera, or is it purposedly in KWin?

I dont see what's wrong with konqueror. It sucks as a web browser, but I love its file management. Also, I tried dolphin that is avaliable in portage. it sucks .. i hate it lol

Konqueror won't get lost. It will be just a matter of seconds to configure it as the standard filemanager again in KDE4. Dolphin is aimed at the non-poweruser masses (like Gnome?) anyway: Qt4 is simply great!
