fair enough but the Darcy in that looks like Snape from Harry Potter and is just Ugh... Lol Elliot Cowan is my fave Darcy at the moment but Colin Firth was also great.
whoever though KEIRA KNIGHTLY could do Elizabeth Bennet justice was sadly mistaken i thought.

aw i liked her in it i thought she was very like the lizzie i had in mind when i read the book, i suppose, again, its personal preference lol i dint like the new darchy either at the start but i grew to like him. may be I would have been a good lizzie lol

I love this movie!!! I saw it two summers ago and fell in love with it! I also like the modern version, but I don't think it's any where near as good as this one

Everyone wants to be Lizzie jsut because of Darcy but i hate the fact that all the characters were wuite young in the book and look quite old on film i suppose thats something the 2005 film got right. I'll have to watch it properly =) Did you watch lost in austen?

Yeah i suppose Bingley was better in the BOOK (which i still haven't read fully yet lol) but personally i like Darcy bit better. Lost in Austen was good i thought but i know some people didn't like it that much because it had lots of twists in and diviated away from the original plot but i liked it without it i wouldn't have gotten into Jane Austen so yay from me lol

I just finished the book yesterday and I have to say Mr Darcy is A LOT better than Mr Bingley, in both book and film. So as perfect as Colin Firth is for the role of Darcy, the character Darcy himself is already awesome.
