It's nice to see them together. Mahalia obviously one of the greatest singers to ever live, and Dinah Shore, who clearly is a real singer not afraid to suffer the comparison. She had to have known Mahalia put other singers in the shade, but at that time, with Jim Crowe laws right and left, they are loving and respectful and equal to each other, and singing their hearts out.

I like the way Dinah looks at Mahalia with such love too. Also, I was impressed that she was well able to keep up, and shine on her own, beside Mahalia's voice. That ain't easy!
