Teaser Trailer Wanted. Wanted is a 2008 film loosely based on the comic book miniseries Wanted by Mark Millar. The film is directed by Timur Bekmambetov and stars James McAvoy, Morgan Freeman, Konstantin Khabensky and Angelina Jolie. Production began in April 2007. Wanted has a target release date of June 27, 2008. Wesley Gibson (James McAvoy) is offered the opportunity to seek revenge in the murder of his father, who was an assassin. Gibson is invited by his father's partner, Sloan (Morgan Freeman), to follow in his father's footsteps. Sloan's second-in-command (Angelina Jolie) mentors Gibson, who follows the death orders issued by the Fates, weavers who read individuals' destinies in fabrics produced by mystical looms.

Hmmmm For me this movie is a matrix copy... why ? 1) the main character is a guy bored (lost?) in the system of big company like Neo on the begining 2) The mysterious girl (jolie) is showing him the new amazing reality like Trinity 3) The black leader (Freeman) talking in a strange way like Morpheus 4) A lot of matrix's scene styles like bullet time, wicked aerobic-dodges etc... but still the movie is awesome ;] silly but awesome

I want to see the full scene where Wesley asks Fox if they are going to bind and shes like "would you like to?" It looks like they should have kept it in the movie. This is my new favorite movie! Definitely buying it on DVD!

Movie was great. Though some of the ideas were pretty silly. The "curve the bullet thing" . . . I mean, it seems like in all the years of guns existing, someone would accidentally fire while moving their gun, and the bullet would curve, and they'd be like "holy shit I'd better go get Newton." Oh well. Good plot, fantastic action scenes - sometimes I get tired of movies that are all plot and not action. If you do, too, then this movie is a welcome refreshment from that.
