seems like they are putting together a documentary or something. check out their myspace - crashworship and give them photos and videos if you got them. i followed them around for 2 years and saw about 20+ shows. from junkyards to backyards to some field in the middle of nowhere texas. best years of my life.

Wow, does this ever bring back memories! I went to at least a couple dozen shows back in the day, like deadheads we would travel to see them wherever they were playing. There never will be anything like it again, and I feel blessed to have been in the time and space to allow me to be present when they were touring. Thanks so much for posting this!

Reminds me of a band from Baltimore with a similar multiple drummer/percussionist line-up called Monkeyspank back in the late '80's early '90's. They used to double shows with All Mighty Senators.

I only saw them a few times but it was like a scary dream. Fucking awesome. But it reminds me of how boring and conservative this world is. Few bands do adventurous shit. I'm kind of sad watching this.

ADRV. One of the essential underlooked units of let alone the 90's but of all time. They gave to you where most if not all bands these daze take from you. If you arse a fan than see what become of them. The 9th ward marching band and the Extra Action Marching Band. Nothing will exist like what it was for a while. But so is Temporary Autonomous Zones. Meant to BE not to LAST. Be happy you got to be a part of it if you experienced it at all. Hail ERIS!

Holy shit! I saw CW a couple times in Chicago in the early 90s. First time was in a loft near Bridgeport, the other time in an art studio on south State st. Un-fucking-believeable, especially the first show-fire, bags of wine, fireworks, naked people dancing. Me and my bro lost our shirts and ended up covered in body paint. I remember leaving when it was over and feeling stunned and ancient and high-HIGH! I've been to hundreds of live performances and these guys top the list.

WOW! Talk about great memories. I was in Atlanta around Easter of 94 and ended up with writhing on the floor with a bunch a half naked people and someone in a bunny suit...The next year they played the Masquerade in Atlanta. Drumming, strobes, fire, flour, nakedness, and flaming deer head on a chain. It was completely surreal. My best friend got hit in the nuts with a flaming deer head, hehehe. Then the Fire Marshall showed up and we had to leave. Best time I almost died, ever.
