| Divorce is a lottery payout for women. They end up with their income, half of yours, and all of the new boyfriends. If you try to speak your mind about it in court the judge will just increase the support payment. The best part is going to pick up your kids on a Saturday morning and having the new boyfriend answer the door in his underwear, or playing weekend babysitter while they run off to Vegas with your support checks. The system is totally one sided. |

| I say legalize prostitution and outlaw marriage between a man and woman. Marriage is a religious concept between two people and if you want to live with someone go to your church and form a religious covenant no need for government to be involved. If you want to enter into a contract to have children form a legal contract with all things spelled out and file it, same with property partnerships. Marriage is an old idea that has no purpose in modern America. |

| I'm a hard working mother who has a dead beat X. He pays nothing. The courts do nothing about it. You men think having babies is a payout for women? LMAO Dude! It costs BIG to raise kids and I'm raising 3. Why should anyone be legally allowed to make a baby and walk away from it...that's a freakin crock...and it's cowardly for anyone...the mother or the father...a shame and a tragedy. |

| Maybe he does not want to pay for you and your new boyfriend to live like the Rockefeller's while he lives out of his parents basement or backseat of his car. Don't get the wrong idea here, I pay $1,200 a month plus medical and dental for three kids. I have never missed a payment nor will I. However, I understand why some men do not pay and I respect their right to do exactly that. If a man is fortunate enough to get custody the woman does not pay him a cent via the courts. The system stinks. |

| Well Reddhot you need to move to Michigan cause here as soon as your ex is $10,000 behind he goes to jail for absolute sure. Sometimes before that and you can get a hearing anytime he is behind. And there is legislation now to put if $10k behind that he be jailed till it is totally paid and that is for life then he does time for life. And for my ex YES she was drinking and partying everynite on half my check while keeping hers. And I had no visitation cause my ex-wife's gf did not want that. |

| Maybe I am too much of an idealist but for me it feels like respect is the name of the game. If people can remember that the other person involved is a person and has feelings just like them then it wouldn't all be about getting revenge or hurting them. It is not impossible for this to happen my parents were divorced and they handled it about as well as I think anyone could. There is even a new book that documents a family still working together it is called Relational Shifts. |

| 1 these type of systems can not be stopped, but only slowed down. i'd suggest all dads, give-up their lively-hood, stop working, build-up in arrears, and demand to goto prison longterm, refuse to leave prison until demands are met. let women work and take over everything. let them pay for the entire state bill, especially, building and maintaining larger and larger prisons. let the kids sue the state, CSA. watch the national debt rise, and courts and CSA start to change. |

| 2 as an alternative, let these systems work the men and women to death, as modern day slaves in concentration camps, and remove all chances of having a life ever again. this would increase adult/child suicide, family homicide, child abuduction, teen crimes, and school drop-out rates - writing off the CSA bill. Else, as slaves if they become disabled, then write-off their CSA bill and let the state take care of them, increasing the national debt. SO, MORE KIDS, HIGHER TAXES!! |

| Well if a guy does not like being broke and paying for two households instead of one and he does not like jail, there is the third alternative and I have given it long and reasonable thought and is acceptable to the woman and the courts. SUICIDE FOR THE MAN. I have seen it happened and everyone but the kids were ok with it. Once you have been stupid enough to get married I guess you deserve death or that is what the courts would like. |

| 3 In prison, men can not do harm, civil liberties are gone, can not vote, and can not be DRAFTED to goto Wars. Disabled, men are incapable or of-doing harm, get plenty of social benefits, get to vote, and can not be DRAFTED to goto Wars. Either case, you will have no or very limited or supervised access to your biological kids. Teach kids to forgive and sue CSA. So, women will be forced to work 3 or 4 jobs, be drafted to goto war and get shot/abused/raped/killed. THANKS for the vacation CSA\FL! |

| You get it right. The system is set up to grab family money under false pretence of "protecting kids". We need to make judges accountable to the public rather than their lawyer bodies. The judges are clearly in conflict of interest. They will never reform themselves as they thrive on conflict and destruction of family. The change can only come with a help of strong elected politicians. Perhaps legislative inquiry is the tool that can start a change. |

| You are right but I don't think the courts care as much about children as they do WOMEN is all about political correctness and maintaining their positions than anything about kids. I have had a judge tell me that I think you might be right but what if you are wrong, the women would go against me and I would not be re-elected. Was my fault I was worried more about my kids than his re-election. WTF? |

| And I paid all my child support and was unable to see either of my kids for five years because her and new girl friend did not think it was good idea. Yea Women. Applause for WOMEN LOSERS AND HATERS and the wonderful court system but 5 years later my son came to live with me, too bad I had to spend so much money on fighting a bitch he could have used it for college. I raised him till he started college today.Women love women and kids for them are just collateral damage. |

| True because most states take terminating parental rights very, very seriously. You can google the topic for your state and find websites that clearly define what the state considers grounds for this extreme action. Most say for sexual assult, incarceration or extreme lack of interest in a relationship with the child/children. |
