Oh I KNOW that 262, silly. What I meant was that, I WISH I STILL KNEW ALL languages. It would BE COOL to be able to listen in on people's conversations from ALL over the world AND to know their songs AND to talk back with them---SOMEDAY I'd LOVE to go back to Germany, OR to visit France for the 1st time OR who knows where ELSE?! I had no idea just how talented the girls from a Taste of Honey really were until I saw them perform Sukiyaki live.
She was playing the Japanese Koto like a master.
The Koto is no easy instrument to play, it takes years to master.
She played it effortlessly, to this day I am still in awe.

The Kyu Sakamoto version is on YouTube. Different lyrics, same music. Both versions are excellent. The Kyu Sakamoto lyrics are quite sad. He was killed in an air crash, yet managed to write a message to his wife before dying.
