All those crahses were caught on the tunnels CCTV. And get this. That all happened within 24 hours.
Theres another one where an ambulance drops its passenger! Literally.

it's probably just the way it's designed, the wide turn is hard on tires or it could have been designed a way that the air gets under the car and just tosses it.
