u can heal if u have spiritual focus and concentration aura spiritual focus will have 70% to not interupt but with conc aura it will stack so u will have 120% chance no to get interupted.

rofl im a 70 arcane mage and I can run VC in about 3 or 4 minutes and never have to drink or eat.
