My best friend at school married a jewish man and I was proud when she invited me to her daughter's Batmitvah. I was invited to sit with them whilst their daughter read the Torah. (Unfortunately, I arrived late...yeah, it's a black thing...ha, ha). However, I was made to feel very welcome and it was a moving ceremony.

You're obviously someone who's confident in their own skin & happy to laugh about it too! So refreshing as opposed to all the negative, racist comments I've seen on YouTube.
My Mother converted to Judaism years ago and I have to say, every time I've been to Israel, I couldn't have been made more welcome in people's homes. I'm an aetheist myself, but I respect people's right to believe what they want to. In fact, I've gone so far as to grow a beard & wear a yarmulka on my visits! Nice people.

As a Jewish man w/ a backround from a black dad, and russian Jewish mom, this little video strikes a nice chord with me.. People are people, period.. Mixed weddings like this are becoming the norm in today's world and celebrating such a joyous occasion shouldn't be comprimised for any reason.. Keeping "to your own" is good for those who deem it neccesary, but respecting everyone is key. More importantly a Jew is a Jew no matter where they come from ethnically or otherwise. No sect "owns" Judaism

This is obviously a movie and not a real wedding. It is too staged an not chaotic as a real wedding would be. However, the music is very enjoyable and the people are having a great time.
