Fast Object Tracking in C++ using OpenCV

Uploaded by: hayesbb
Video Description:
CS335: Principles of Multimedia Systems.
Due to the volume of interest in how this works, I have posted a writeup on the algorithm with suggestions for improvement at http://www.bradhayes.info (under "Projects") This is not based on any particular established object tracking algorithm, nor does it require any built-in OpenCV functions. I
designed it to be independent of its underlying framework. --- An OpenCV implementation of a fast object tracking algorithm. This is part of my final project, in which I will be predicting the path of a fast-moving ball (see: "Digital Lab Hockey)".

I wrote the software myself. The algorithm that I used has been detailed at the link in the video description. I'd be happy to answer any questions regarding implementation issues, just drop me an e-mail.
