We have just returned from a holiday in Jersey and would have loved to see Bergerac's car. Where was it? We are big Bergerac fans and sadly didn't recognise any of the locations from the series, but it was about thirty years ago that it started.

The car is kept at the Lion Park which is in St Lawrence.
A lot of the locations are no longer, for instance his cottage is now submerged under Queens valley reservoir and the bureau (Which was really a former childrens home called Haute de la Garenne) was pulled down to make luxury flats

Yes, you are correct.
The just vbefore I left Jersey (1999) it was going to be luxury flats and I had assumed it had happened. It seems for whatever the reason that scheme never actually got off the ground.
I dread to think what else they will find.
Some of the children from that home went to my school when I lived over there.
They were just normal classmates, you wouldn't have known they were having to cope with such terrible goings on.
