As you saw, currently I'm just copying broadcasted programs here, though, I'll keep uploading as possible as I can!
However, I'm not sure I can add subtitles in future; I found adding them are harder than I expected, and I don't have enough time to do.

Dashi is Japanese soup stock; you can find its detail at Wikipedia.
Dashi is not important in this recipe; it is used as a dip sauce. You can choose other dip sauce, such as Ponzu, instead of it. Enjoy! ;)

I've been assumed it'll be nice if those videos are subtitled. I tried to add, but I also find it takes heavy effort. Translating the script is not so heavy, but putting the script onto video requires a lot of time. I still not completed my first video of "Japanese cuisine for beginner series." But I plan adding subtitles next to the first video.
