o do it for mac as the platform is still a virgin territory ;-) Spice up your colleagues' day with our Newton Virus, the first virus to introduce gravity to your laptop, causing the desktop icons to fall down as if subject to the gravitational pull from the real world. Newton Virus comes on a USB
key for manual infection. Simply plug the key into a computer and the virus will automatically copy itself on the hard drive. The virus will then hit at random, but only once. It will not replicate itself, mail itself to your friends or destroy any of your files, but instead provides you with momen
ts of blissful surprise and magic.

| of course it's real, all mac laptops are built with an accelerometer sensor (like the iPhone), basically it's for the hard drive, when you turn the macbook face down for example, the read heads of the HD takes a more secure position, so the computer have to know how is the orientation... (my english is bad i hope it's clear) |

| i'm using a mac since 20 years, everydays, always on the internet and i never n-e-v-e-r get a virus. Never. I always heard that some virus existed on Mac in most case the system tell you if you want install it... Don't click yes so. But real virus like on Windows (wich i use too), never. Of course i'm sure that it's possible to create some for the Mac, but the facts are there, it is never happened. |

| theres no way this would work with the current macs. theres no way to track the motion of the computer unless there is an acceleromotor in macs that i dont know about? i know theres one in the ipod and iphone. |

| There is in the Mac pro to prevent HD damage from a fall. If it sense a sudden movement, such as a drop, it prepares the hardrive so it doesn't get hurt. |
