hi, i've been sort of an amateur aerobics instructor for a couple of years now and plan to get certified as soon as I decide who to get certified through. I just had a quick question , when you do your hamstring curls should your other knee be bouncing up and down like that? It seems that it would be better if you tried to keep that knee soft and bent slightly while allowing your core muscles to assist the hamstring thats suppose to be working. I hope that makes sense. thanks for the video!

Hi, I've been sort of an amateur aerobics instructor for two years and plan to get certified as soon as I figure who to go through. I just had a quick question. When your doing your hamstring curls should the other knee be bouncing up and down like that? Its seems to me that it would be better if that knee was bent slightly and stayed soft but not bouncing so much. This will allow your core muscles and the working hamstring to do the necessary work without the momentum from the bouncing knee.
