| The absolute worst OS was Windows 98 because it was the first operating system to incorporate the fat32 system with the NTFS. Before it was Windows NT and Windows 95 with the Fat32. 98 had both NTFS and fat32, and they did not incorporate well at all! |

| You have no idea what your talking about. FAT32 was introduced with Windows 95 OSR2. NTFS was NEVER available for Windows ME, 98, or 95. Only NT based systems used NTFS. The only way to use NTFS on Windows 98 is by way of a 3rd party utility. |

| It used both file systems- a hybrid- the first of its kind- and by Microsoft, thus it was doomed to major blue screens of death and various errors. 95 was only Fat32, Jonah, and ME was bad, but it wasn't the file system handling which I believe is worse than just not running the internet (the problem I had the one time I installed it) |
