1:Soviet Union and Germany were main battlegrounds. Of course more people are going to die since they live there! Civilians and soldiers all died from bombings, starving, illness,etc. 2:Lead-lease act. Soviet Union got many supplies and aids from yours truly. 3:Saying that the Soviet Union lost more lives doesn't mean they are the real heroes. 4:They're called the Soviet Union 5:Maybe the US troops prefer to keep same blood amount inside them before and after battle?

The thing with d-day is a couple things
1. If the allies hadnt thought of a plan to distract the germans, they allies would of chewed to shreds(well more shreds) than before
2.If the germans hadnt bit so hard to the plan well then number 1 would of happend

what they did was before that paratroopers and french resistance fighters cut communications blew up bridges,blew up railroad lines anti aircraft and such and in the morning of june 6 the beaches were bombarded by artillery and the battleships as well as from the airplanes even so they made it

No, they weren't resistant at all. They were just too much in number, to risk a whole AIRPLANE to just bomb a machine gun, with the risk the machine gun or several would destroy the plane.
