hey, i sprained my ankle on January 5, 2007. i was warming up for my Varisty basketball in low cut shoes without my ankle braces and rolled my ankle. it swelled up instanly and i could not play that night. The funny thing about this was that i was suppose to start for the first time since last year where i started at a christmas tournament and rolled my same ankle. i guess i just can't start. i am being released 10 days later though. enjoy...
