I'm 19 years old, and even I know it's wrong to not count votes based on technical reasons. Didn't Bush's people do this to win against Gore? Florida is not haviing their votes counted, again. You do this, and you'll lose them. And you'll also lose me, a young voter. If Michigan and Florida aren't
