Heavies. When i see them in action, i`m glad that i`m a sniper, specialized in short and medium range combat. They`re easy targets for me, however they still can kill me in seconds....

great vid 2 thumbs up from me! Also im a fan of being a sniper and i know ima jerk but i never pay attention to heavies just their medics i love seing the dissapointment on the heavies face when i kill his almost ubered medic just before i shoot a hole through his face =D

Ubering Heavies is almost always a good idea (clearing point A in Gravelpit seems like the only good time to do that (though I am surprised the other team didn't see it coming)), but like you say in the video it does happen alot. Demomen and Pyros are way more successful even if they aren't as skilled players, simply because they are faster. If you truly are a good heavy, you can hold your own without a medic for a decent period of time.
