for one an a4 is not an ecobox its an audi.... and it was a 2.7 v6 twin turbo running low boost, these are little 4 bangers running high boost.

The A4 was a entry level sedan while the S4 was the performance variant. Just like Mitsu and Subaru did to the Lancer and the Impreza. You got a Twin Turbo V6 that made 250hp against single turbo I4s that made upwards of 270hp. Sounds to me that Audi was missing something.

i don't even like the old s4 it just has a a6 engine in it, no biggie but i am just a naturally aspirated guy so i will always rip on high psi turbo cars, like an rsx-s running half the psi of an evo can ruin it from a roll on. but hey sti's and evo's r pretty dope becuase some people don't want to modify cars so they just buy ones fast as hell stock like an evo. I owuld just love the instant punch of a v8 s4, there is rs4 too lol v10!

I personally would love an V8 S4 or a RS4. In fact I own a RS6 but Im looking to get rid of it. I always mod my cars so an Evo or STi would be great but theres onlt so much a car like that can take.
