If you admit that your issue is different from others, why do you keep claiming that the whole thing is about what you want it to be about? If you are taking a different stance from others, why do you keep defending them with your opinions? Your arguing is pointless.
ONLY Bell was being held because he was convicted. ALL of the others were out on bail. Each one that had a hearing by then had the charges lowered. A couple more had hearings coming up, and it was known their charges would be lowered too, but they were NOT incarcerated. Bell had his lowered BEFORE
his trial which was months BEFORE the marches.
How can you think they were being held on Murder Chagres in Sept? Did you really think ANY of them besides Bell (already convicted of ASSAULT) were still being held in jail? LOL Maybe you should spend a little time finding out about something before getting worked up. It's like you have your own
private Jena 6 protest that isn't rooted much in reality.
Convicted of Aggravated Assault, NOT attempted murder. The marches weren't even set until AFTER Bell's trial on aggravated assault! The whole thing was set around his sentencing date! EVERY one of the others was released well before then, all but 2 others being out shortly after being arrested
. The other 2 stayed longer, but were out WELL before the marches. How can you spend so much time on a subject without knowig the basics?
Protesting or Rallying about the "Attempted Murder Charge" does not try to justify the "Aggrevated Assault Charge". It protests the imbalance in the Justice System in Jena, LA. I also think that the commentator reported the news that was available at the time that the video was made. He did not s
it home and make any of this up.
´s war criminals. Somthing you all need to think about when trying to include the so-called "latin american" community in affairs that benefit their racism. Check out my channel for more
Some of it he may have, and much of it someone else did. Yes, more than this was available, he just didn't want to hear it. If he was a real reporter, he'd FIND the info. Many other things in this video are obviously slanted to make people mad, not to inform about the issue. The big marches were
not against "unfair" charges. The mission was spelled out loud and clear. Drop ALL charges. They even asked for a federal pardon.
Those who participated in that rally made no such demand. IF his lawyers and civil rights leaders made that request based on the prosecutors record of racial discrimination, that is separate from the purpose of the march.
This is such an old case. What do you think about those white kids who killed the young Mexican Father just because he was a Mexican, and the DA wanted to only charge him with "RACIAL INTIMIDATION"? It is this sort of thing that happens daily that accounts for the thousands who showed up in Jena
2 protest an attempted murder charge while white kids dnt get murd charges when they murder.
What you ignore is that much of this video IS NOT SUPPORTED BY ANYONE. You just don't get that. Much of what you say is NOT supported by anyone. Yes, some details are only known to those who were there (which is dozens of people), but when something isn't supported by any facts at all, you can cal
l it bullshit. Much of this video falls into that category.
Why were Da Jena Six not charged with a hate crime for their racially motivated attack?
But he was on CNN last week and openly admitted hitting Barker and has zero remorse for it.
Keep researching and you might find it for yourself. I saw it on the news, but you might still find it in print. As far as the hate crime, it was Barker who used the Racial Slur. He wasn't beat up because he was white.
So you're saying Barker was attacked by six negroes because their feelings were hurt by his use of a racial slur?
For someone who is always asking someone to do your research and provide information to you, you are quite the know-it-all. When the story first broke, the DA wanted to charge him simply with racial intimidation, but there was a Mexican protest that added visibility and pressure on the DA. Again
, none of us were there and none of us know how many people hit, kicked or punched him, but I am content with the courts handling the case now that we have done our part.
