Footage of the Disneyland/DCA electrical parade was shot on May 28th, 2006. To achieve the best sound quality, I used the original soundtrack (with a slight modification to reflect the fact that the parade is no longer shown on Main Street). Enjoy!

Why'd they say Disneyland? It has been moved to the California Adventure park next door. It was pretty awesome though. I love the snails.

i think its time 2 move this back into disneyland, in its original home. it just doesn't fit in cali adventure. the park is too modern. they said they'd put it in cali adventure just to celebrate the park's 1st summer. however, this summer has lasted 7 years! time 2 move it back! i mean c'mon! D-Land's really close! Why not?

Oh god I remember when I've seen this one as a kid... It's kinda sad they've changed it. I always loved the music. The lights are really wonderful... man I juste can't wait to go back there, even if I go quite often I'm too tired to stay that late XD

The original Electrical Parade was conceived in 1972 when electronic music was at its start. Back then the Moog Synthesizer was used to create the tunes similar to what Keith Emerson of ELP was doing at the time. I remember it sounded so otherworldly. Sounds like the current soundtrack might have come from the Moog as well.

I remember going to this and seeing cinderella's step-sisters. My aunt said "Hey, look its the ugly stepsisters!" and the woman on the float screamed back "WE'RE NOT UGLYY!!!! AHH!" surprised us all, we all broke out into hysterics. We didnt think she could hear us XD

The lady bug in Alices Wonderland part looks like a turtle. This is so awesome though! I love the robotic voices in the beginning and the end.
