| Video by NorPacvwcom. Filmed in Canada in rural location. We were passengers in the Beetle RSI for test driving. 3.2L Quattro Bi-turbo. Very fast with 650 HP. The airbag is out to retrofit a digital tach and gear selector read-out into the top of the steering wheel, same unit used in the F1 cars. We hit 140mph...not kmp...mph! The R32 passed us doing 160mph. the music is from a Porsche commercial. |

| Did HPA tune the wastegates so they gradually close for more boost higher up in the rev range? The reason I ask is I thought it would accelerate a lot faster. |

| THIS IS NOT A BEETLE RSI!!! a rsi is a purpos built race car! this in just a moded 1.8 the rsi has a twin turb v6 that makes 700hp and the whole car in only 2200lbs! the rsi is also much much wider than a normal beetle frame! |

| This looks mighty like a beetle RSI to me! I worked for beetles UK before and we had the number 1 out of 250 produced. Its actuall spec is a 3.2 V6 producing a mear 225 BHP, 4-motion running gear. They did also make a concept race spec RSI with 700bhp with twin turbos....Just to clear that up with the gob shit below lol! |
