harrsha24, the woman in this video is former ex-supermodel Paulina Poriskova. She is currently one of the judges on America's Next Top Model (ANTM). She married the very tall and skinny guy in this group with the dark hair (Rick Ocasek). Even with their considerable age difference, they have been married for a little over 20 years now, and had 2-3 kids. Paulina is in her 40's now and still looks incredible!

ordainedduke, Ric Ocacek himself siad that the song was about schizophrenia, not bipolar. Besides the fact that the symptoms they sing about are schiz, like the dreams of hallucination and holding her down when she shakes, Schiz, people will shake or do a repetitive motion alot that looks like shaking.
