i got suspended for damaged good that i loaded with my forklift
i made sure the load lock was tight
but driver violently rocked back and forth to try to move tandems causing load to fall over

I took off the seat belt so that I could get out of the truck to hit the intercom button. After that I went about 50 ft to my parking spot. When your backing up you should be in a position to have the most mobility so that you can twist around to see what is on either side of your rig... Not that you can't back with a seat belt on but it is dangerous to do it!
