how does this help you learn English when the entire video is in English. call me stupid, but it appears to me that you'd have to have and advanced comprehension of English to even understand the directions.

As a laguage teacher, one must set his language target to work any video used in class and not necessarily do you need to use students's native language to make them understand and have them use the target teaching point.
