1. Analyze 2. Memorize 3. Recognize. Of course your greatest asset is your ears. I would listen to troubling phrases repeatedly until they were embedded in my mind. Once they're in there.... there in there. Sammy is a great arranger and this is a fun chart. Good Luck !!!
