You can get both the manga and the anime at places like Borders or Barnes and Noble. That's where I got mine.

I'm not sure. I just looked both of them up on Wikipedia and they didn't say anything about Canada...I guess if I were you I'd try to order the books offline or go to the biggest bookstore nearest you and look in the manga section (they should have one, I think). If you don't have any luck with that then send me a message.
