Yeah, I agree, and it isn't 'broke' if you have to wail at it with your legs to get it to walk, either...and Broke is such a terrible word, I don't see the appeal in using it. Perhaps showing off that you conquered it...??

if you knew anything about donkeys you would know that they are a lot stronger than horses in comparison for their size and i am very light and easy for sylvie to carry . thanks for your concern though .

this is not cruel, you obviously have no knowledge of donkeys. They are bloody strong and can carry a lot more weight in comparison to their size compared to horses. A donkey of sylvies size can carry and adult man without struggling. So no, it is not cruel.

and people that say donkeys can hold more than horses, donkeys can carry objects twice as heavy as they are blah blah.
Has anyone asked a donkey what they can carry comfortably??
