Laura's is my personal favorite, although I like them all, including Air Supply's. Laura lets her voice crack on the second "lady AND you are my man." It may be the single sexiest word ever sung in pop music. It is certainly the sexiest coordinating conjunction. Kymber Raines would do this song at a bar in Asheville, NC, in the late '80's, particularly when she really wanted to rake in the tips. I was eighteen and very, very happy.

I don't think you can compare Jennifer rush's version and Celine Dion's. They are singing this song in different universes, none of them both are better or poorlier than the other one. They are both doing this song so beautiful, but Celine in one way, and Jennifer in another. Both are doing this very beautiful!

I think this is the first time I've seen moving images of this woman. It's a little silly to see her overplay her playback but at the same time it's refreshing that the video is so understated. And she looks more beautiful than in any picture I've seen of her. I love that long face. Did she ever do one of the VH1 Divas shows?

Of course a cover is an copy, thats the purpose. And thats just what you think, I said wht I thought, you can't make my speech look correct or incorrect. I think Celine did it good, and you think not. When them both are doing it so good and sings in different ways, I don't think they can be compared.
