She isn't stick thin. She is HEALTHY. That should be the goal at any size- health. Well said and absolutely true. She is healthy. Saying that she is stick thin to make you feel better wont do it, start to work out instead.

well say you do this 2 times a day for 1-2 weeks is that to much? and is it bad that you cant finish it the first time cause i couldnt finish the 15 abs or this i got almost to the end on this but the fire hydrant thing killed me.i know im out of shape but still is it terible that i didnt finish?

it needs a rest every second day because the muscle(cant spell) will get used to it. so try a different work out.
