right rear tired locked up due to bad adjustment. Sue the driver and then the driver can sue whomever adjusted the rear brake(s). I hope you've recovered from this accident.

The Driver would accelerate because he saw this biker that is trying to match him. He then accelerated (idiotically) and he didnt see the car in front of him is slowing down so he therefore locked up his brakes and swerved like an idiot. Hope he gets deported.

what rear tire locked up? I don'tknow where u guys see only the rear tire being Locked up on the car..Look at the civic again, both rear and front tires are smokin..The dude was trying to pull a stunt or some shit..If only rear tire locked it would not go to the side..FUckin ass hole driver dude, He even admits he was hurrying..Hope the rider is safe..we gotta deal with shit like this all the time

Friday the 22nd of August, around 5 in the afternoon, I was goin under the speed limit of 30 on Odana rd., then this guy quick stop turn left to the white house places and then in the middle of the road when i was heading west to west towne mall.
