christ there are literally thousands of dynamic deep house tunes. By not dynamic enough, I mean how unchanging and repetitive it is, even by deep house standards. It also has little, or close to zero melody (just beat). Try love addiction on Sodeep92's profile page, that's just one example of what I mean.

See I think you're bringing opinion into the frey. The whole ideal behind Kerri's productions is hypnotic short stabby synths and heavy repetitive drum percussion. I love that style, works absolute wonders in a club situation.

Well, unfortunately, it is very difficult to compare music scientifically, since it is such a subjective art. But I can tell you that there is almost no melody, with the same repetitive pattern, and that fewer 'connoisseurs' of deep house will like this, in comparison to the example I gave you, which does have dynamic melody and beat.

Well thats my point about opinion, one mans noise is another mans symphony. I LOVE this track, and I consider myself an absolute House nazi. The fact it's dark, rumbling, reptitive and not full of needless prancy melodies makes MY day as I know it does lots of other peoples. Kerri has only ever released one or two tracks that've sucked in my eyes, and those have been quick buck remixes.

I like that saying about symphony and noise, but I still believe that some music is better than other music. I wouldn't reduce the power of melody, to 'needless' and 'prancy,' as this is what usually makes a song brilliant. The band that really demonstrates this is Infected Mushrooms [best songs include; heavy weight, party up, killing joke, the shen etc.).

This track is great! I have it on CD. "SOUL HEAVEN featuring Kerri Chandler & Dennis Ferrer" Disk 1. Bought it from HMV around 2006. Another great track from that same CD is "AFTER THE STORM" by Giglo Supreme. Do you have a full lenghth version of this on Vinyl you can play in full. I am hoping it has a lengthy and uninterrupted saxophone to it.
