Bill Clinton publicly admitted that he tried numerous times while in office to view top secret files from area 51 and other related information. He's gone on record dozens of times as being being a believer in UFOs. He was also told by HIS government that there was simply no info to obtain. well, im not denying it, i believe it. its just kinda....inconsistent.
1.) even if their anatomy is different, their body structure is allegedly decently similar to ours. so they should have something more of a reaction to let you know of their distress. not just the head moving around
2. they said they had the lights dimmed for the alien's comfort. if they were really concerned for its comfort, they wouldnt restrain it in any way

2.) I don't think they are concerned with keeping the alien comfortable; they simply dim the lights so the alien will cooperate to a limited degree- they SAID IN THE MOVIE that the being would not respond if made very uncomfortable
