Forty years on and still absolutely beautiful!!! I hope all the 'younger generation' will tune in to REAL music. Nina Simone's style is hypnotic and I can never get enough of her music. Once you hear it, you will always come back to it.

I'm 15 and I think that the 1950's- 1960's held the best and most influential (i dont think thats how u spell it) music ever. I personally prefer this over any Disney crap. Talent like this is either gone or very well-hidden.

wow, i never heard the original, so strong, she expressed real feelings when she sang, totally goosebumping, her voice reminds me Janis Joplin's voice by the end. Marilyn Manson remade this song, that's where i know this from.
