I taught really you were going to use that beer ;-) Why didn't I think about the beer before starting cooking :-( I didn't knew about the garlic trick. I just put them on the pot together with the cheese and the wine. I will try that next time. Thanks.

I would not add the cheese immedeately. Let the alcohol evaporate first, as it becomes bitter when heated. once it is gone, there the taste of the chamagneis left and will leave the nice flavour.
