Here are the additions that my printed score from Carl Fischer does not have:
1)doublestop F#B# 6ths in the A sections throughout the piece 2) a few extra harmonic glissandos and an artificial harmonic in the B section 3) doublestop D#B 6ths right before the last A section to the end. It doesn't matter in the end. This is as fine a performance as one can possibly do. Hag

These additions that Hagai Shaham did are so effective that I'll probably add them to my own performances of this classic violin showstopper.
