You fool! If it wasn't for the likes of great artists from the 50's and even times before shit like Justin Timberlake hit the scene there wouldn't be music nowadays.
I personally agree with taekwondoinstructor. Most of the modern day performers are prime-donna's and have loads of technicians to enhance their music. Although I must say they don't do a very good job, I've seen many of todays 'top' performers sound absolutely SHIT live. But hey, you're entitle

Times change. At 17 I love these artists:
Cochran, Dylan, AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Brian Setzer, Korpiklaani, Slipknot, Billy Talent, Chet Atkins, Les Paul, The Ramones, Led Zep., the Pistols, Blur, Alestorm, Reverend Horton heat, Blink 182.
My point is, times change and so does music. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's "not real". It's not 'raw', but why should it ve with tecnological advances? Les Paul paved the way for multi track recording, and he's epic
