I think women should be allowed to go topless if they want as long as it's at the right place at the right time. I'm sorry, I'm a woman, I believe in equal opportunity and such, but I'd rather not see some foolish woman walking near a school or something topless.
And for those of you who say just because a woman is topless, it's okay if they get raped because it's "their fault"; you are a horrible person. If a child was near a molester, is it okay for them to be raped because they were there?

I think this should be legal. We should at least be able to so shritless (not with our bra off). I know tons of guys that where boxers whereever they go also. That's exactly the same thing. They should totally make it legal for women to go shritless anywhere. I think it's a very interesting subject. If a woman was to jog around a lake or something, the first thing you'd see would be mothers covering up their kids eyes, rude comments from men and women alike and eventually the police. While, lets say, a man is doing the same thing, we don't receive the same reaction. I have to say that if the law were to have never been made, then no reaction would follow. On my personal thought,

I think that it's quite and (no offense intended) would label the woman doing it as slutty etc. And another point they made about being in public really alienates the Wow factor, I mean, breasts then aren't really special and therefore would run out of business and all the bunnies would become homeless and starve to death or result to prostitution (beside the point).

If that law were to ever be canceled I would be one of the women who'd cover up. Besides, some women have odd things about there breasts like no nipples or a third one etc. and I don't think they're very comfortable about that fact, so why would they want that law to not exist and wow am I off topic... I absolutely agree. The only "protection" argument that should be made is from the 14th amendment to the Constitution, which states that no state shall "deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." I don't see how anyone could say this is equal protection under the law. And to those that say that children shouldn't be seeing them, grow up. It's only an issue because you're letting it be one. A breast is nurturing first, sexual second.
