Love this! Excellent editing to show Lucius & Snape duelling. I know 'its only a character', but I feel that Snape deserved much more happiness (& shouldn't have been killed off) than Rowling gave him in DH. Having had a unhappy childhood, then losing Lily to James, I would have liked to have seen him stay alive at least! A great (& very complex) character in the books, brought to life by the excellent Alan Rickman in the films (I'm a Snape fan - can you tell)?!

i think he should have hasd a chance to explain everything to harry on his own(not only the pensieve) and its right. he had deserved better. i think he didnt want to live anylonger but i would have liked though. he would have had the right to know the true love. he only became broken love(his strange and evil parents, lily who loved him as afriend and not as a lover and then married his enemy,no other true friends) poor snape the tale of severus snape-is the best idea jkrowling has ever had.
